ABOUT THE FOUNDER

HER STORY

Allie Cole is the Founder and Creative Director of Northsight Communications, a creative communications agency that helps businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals increase their visibility, elevate their brand, and create opportunities for growth.

With a background spanning branding, marketing, leadership development, fashion, and event production, Allie brings a unique combination of creative strategy and real-world execution to every project.

​

Academically, Allie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Coaching from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Design Studies from Arizona State University.

Before launching Northsight Communications, Allie founded her first LLC, AC Design Services, in 2022 after years of freelance work and experience in print, design, and marketing. She began her design career in 2014 and earned 1st Place in Arizona for Advertising Design through SkillsUSA in 2017, later placing 13th nationally. Since then, she has spent more than a decade helping brands communicate their value through strategic design and communications.

Most recently, Allie has worked with Avant Fashion, in production, operations, and styling, in addition to her work as a lead stylist for a feature film. She has worked with more than 40 fashion designers and contributed to major productions including Miami Swim Week, Art Hearts Fashion, and Massachusetts Fashion Week. Her experience ranges from backstage management and production coordination to creative direction, brand development, marketing, and experiential event production.​

Beyond her client work, Allie is a leadership coach, communications advocate, and thought leader who shares insights on leadership, communication skills, professional development, entrepreneurship, fitness, and personal growth. Her work is rooted in one belief: Opportunity follows visibility.
