I'm Allie Cole, the founder of Northsight, a leadership enthusiast, creative entrepreneur, and firm believer that professional development doesn't have to be boring. In fact, I think it should be pretty damn fun.
I earned my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Coaching from Northeastern University, after graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a minor in Design Studies. But my passion for developing people started long before I earned those degrees.

My background is anything but traditional, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've spent years working across leadership development, entrepreneurship, creative strategy, live event production, and improv comedy. From years of performing improv and learning the art of thinking on my feet, listening, and connecting with an audience, to managing teams backstage at major fashion shows, building businesses, consulting, and leading creative projects, I've experienced firsthand how much communication, confidence, adaptability, and human connection influence success.
And if there's one thing these experiences have taught me, it's that leadership isn't about a title. It's about how you show up, how you connect with others, and the impact you make.
I started Northsight because I believe there is extraordinary potential in every person, and too often, that potential gets buried under expectations of who we're supposed to be.
Somewhere along the way, we started associating professionalism with fitting into a mold. We began treating confidence like a personality type and leadership like something reserved for people with impressive titles.
I don't buy it.
I believe the best leaders aren't the ones who become someone else. They're the ones who learn how to lead with what makes them uniquely themselves.
That's why I created Northsight: to make personal and professional development more human, more engaging, and a whole lot more fun.
Through interactive workshops and experiential learning, I help organizations develop confident leaders, strengthen communication, and build more connected teams. My approach combines what I've learned through organizational leadership and coaching with the creativity, energy, and hands-on experience I've gained throughout my career.
Learning has become something that people feel they have to sit through, when in reality, it should be something you want to be apart of; something you experience, practice, and actually take without. Northsight is designed to change the way we learn and grow.
At the heart of everything I do is one mission: to help people recognize the gifts they've been given, unlock their potential, and use those gifts to make a meaningful impact on the world.
I don't believe growth requires you to lose yourself. I believe it gives you the tools to become even more of who you're meant to be.
So, if you're looking for traditional corporate training where everyone sits quietly through 87 slides, we might not be your people.
But if you're ready to bring personality, connection, confidence, and a whole lot of energy back into professional development?
More you. More impact.
